Partner Terms
Draft — a reviewed version ships before public launch. These terms cover business (Studio) workspaces. Riders using twistytrip.com are covered by the consumer Terms of Service instead.
The service
TwistyTrip Studio is a planning tool for motorcycle businesses: you generate route suggestions, day plans and cost estimates, and share them with your customers under your brand. We are not a travel agency or tour operator. Trips are suggestions built from public data and AI — you are responsible for checking a route before your customers ride it. Roads close, weather turns, fuel stations shut: a generated trip is a starting point, not a guarantee.
Your account and activation
- A workspace goes live the moment its subscription is paid — €99/month or €990/year, handled by Paddle.com as our merchant of record (Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT).
- Prices include VAT where it applies. EU businesses can enter a VAT ID at checkout for reverse charge.
- You can cancel at any time via the Paddle receipt links or customer portal; the workspace stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If the subscription lapses, the workspace is suspended: no new trips, edits or sends — but everything you already shared keeps working. Your customer never loses a trip over your billing.
Fair use
- Plans include a monthly generation quota and a seat count, both visible in your workspace.
- Do not resell workspace access, share staff accounts outside your business, or use the service to send unsolicited email.
Your customers' data
- The contact details you add to your workspace (names, emails, phone numbers) belong to you and your customers. You are the data controller; TwistyTrip is your processor. We use this data only to provide the service — delivering your trips, sign-in links, ride invites and reminders, sent on your behalf. We never sell it and never use it for our own marketing.
- By adding a customer you confirm you have the right to share their contact details with us and to have us email them for you.
- Sub-processors: Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (payments). Route and weather engines (GraphHopper, Open-Meteo) receive coordinates only — never anyone's identity.
- You can export your contact book at any time (Clients → Export CSV). When a workspace ends, ask us and we delete its data. Your customers can also contact us directly to have their data deleted.
Liability
Plain-English draft, before lawyers tighten it: Studio is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for what happens on the road, for your relationship with your customers, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending things
You can delete a workspace yourself while it is still pending; for active workspaces, contact us. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms — flagrant abuse (spam, resale, unlawful content) can be immediate.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are emailed to workspace owners before they take effect.
